Mama Put Garri Flour
Garri is the product obtained from cassava tubers, fresh cassava tubers are peeled, washed and grated or crushed to produce a mash. The mash is placed in a porous bag. It is then placed in an adjustable press machine for 1-3 hours to remove excess starchy water and left for 7 days for proper fermentation. When the cassava mash is well fermented, it is ready for the next step it is then sieved and fried in a large stainless steel frying post with the micro-nutrient. The resulting dry granular garri is sieved and packaged in different pack sizes and can be stored for a long period. The raw material, cassava tuber is readily available.

MAMAPUT Garri is different from every other Garri because it is fortified and enriched with vitamins and minerals that are not originally present in the raw material Cassava but are needed by the body.
Eba is a stiff dough made by soaking garri in hot water and kneading it with a wooden baton unit it becomes a smooth doughy, staple that is served as part of a meal with various soups and sauces.
