When the cassava mash is well fermented, it is ready for the next step it is then sieved and fried in a large stainless steel frying post with the micro-nutrient. The resulting dry granular garri is sieved and packaged in different pack sizes and can be stored for a long period. The raw material, cassava tuber is readily available.
